Note that Tuam is in Galway. If you don't already have Martin and Bridget's marriage registration, you can get a photocopy from the GRO for 4 euros--Tuam Jan.-Mar. 1942, vol. 4, p. 248. That will give you Martin's age, and thus his birth year, which should help you find his entry in the death index on familysearch.org. Diane
