His youngest son and his second youngest were sent to Canada as British Home children. The second youngest is my GGfather. I figured the Neal name was quite unusual as well as I didn't find any other Neal Fallons in that area. The rest of the mystery is what happened with his family I guess. In 1911 he marked him and Winifred had been married 20 years yet there's no marriage record anywhere. He would have been 32 by 1891 so it's suspected he may have been previously married as well.
