My great grandmother was Anna/Annie/Ann Clark(e) born in 1894 in Ballina which is near Swinford. She immigrated to the US when she was 18. Haven't been able to find anything past her...I have her record of citizenship after she applied (at age 55?). Let me know if any of that sounds familiar to you; I know it's a little different than the info you have but around the same place and time.
