This might give you a clue as to the cemetery. From the dates you listed there should be a civil death record and there WILL be a birth record. familysearch.org has Civil index and in some instances the actual civil certificate; all free. Check that out. Once you have the RC parish/area you could ask online to find out the cemetery. Some people have listed burials in partiular grave yards on line. However, just names, timeline, and county is not enough data. Since your ancestor lived in more recent time, it may not be too much of a problem once more data is available. Example: On route 335 just outside of Westport there are 2 cemeteries, almost across from one another. There is no church nearby but St. Mary Westport is the closest RC church in town on The Mall.
