They were Wesleyan Methodists so they are hard to find they stayed that religion when they came over to Quebec (Lachute) in 1829. Luke must have been born about 1775 because he was a Yeoman in the 1798 French/British war in Killala. The Scott family came to Ireland after the Cormwell fighting in the 1600's .
