Could you send the links to the Christine Hunt you mention? Does not ring a bell name wise - but not too many sites I have not scanned online if Irish American, Sligo -- but I am throwing the net much wider now. I would appreciate the link if you know it. I was aware Sligo/Mayo Border moved in the late 1800s. But the impact on "regular folk" I am not sure of (and one reason for wanting to discuss it with people) but surely most have passed, as my GGF was born 1888, but their children and GChildren probably still remain).
