My father (Michael SHIEL) emigrated from Swinford, County Mayo and is related to Mary SHIEL, etc. I have a spreadsheet for the family beginning with Michael, married to Brigid KENNEDY 1843. Also, they are related to the "Foxford" SHIEL family possibly more than once but not documented. If I can help with specific questions let me know.If the "syletcshiel", no disrespect intended, is a Sylvester, it is interesting to note that Silvester and Isaac were names used by the Foxford clan one of whom also lived in Swinford.
