Have you searched the England census records for other years before and after 1881 to see if any of the census entries for family members gives their specific birthplaces in County Mayo? They were born before civil registration of births started in Ireland in 1864, church parish records for their birth locations in Mayo would be the possible source for their baptismal records if the parish records survive for their birth locations.
