Church parish records would be the possible source for baptismal records for them if they were all baptised in Attymass civil parish. However, Attymass Roman Catholic parish records don't go back before 1875, see: http://www.ireland.com/ancestor/fuses/rcparishmaps/index.cfm?fuseaction=showidrecords&CityCounty=Mayo&parish=Attymass&churchid=118 There aren't any surviving census records before 1901. The only possible source to find out what Thomas and Anne's fathers' names were is their marriage record. Mothers names weren't included. If they were married after 1864 there may or may not be a civil marriage record for them. You'd need to order the Irish civil registration marriage index microfilms through your nearest LDS Family History Centre and search for the marriage in the records. The records are all in date order. Without Anne's maiden name and with no idea when the marriage took place, they would be difficult to identify from the marriage indexes. Not all marriages were even included in the civil marriage records so there's no way to know whether or not it was without knowing the marriage date and her maiden name as a minimum amount of information. You can search their son Patrick's civil and church records in the US to see if they include his mother's maiden name. Have you searched the civil birth records for all of Thomas and Anne's children to find out what child was born first? Considering the children's ages in the 1901 census and Thomas and Anne's ages, there must have been children born earlier who weren't still at home when the census was enumerated. That might help give you an idea when the marriage might have taken place. Their civil death records in Ireland won't include either parents names or birthplaces.
