    2. A fellow researcher Jim DOLAN has just published a book on the Irish coming to Scranton Pennsylvania area. It traces the roots of many Sligo/Mayo immigrants to Scranton 1850-1900. It looks at the history of each area and what life was like from day to day. It is informative and interesting. It is a good read and the book is inexpensive.
