Diane, She already has the parents names from US records -- Anthony Gibbons and Honora Costello. She would need those from the US records to confirm the Catherine Gibbons baptismal record she finds is for "her" Catherine and not one of the other many Catherine Gibbons born in Mayo then. She has Catherine's birth location from US records also. I said there definitely won't be baptismal records in Castlebar Roman Catholic parish records for Anthony Gibbons and Honora Costello -- if they were born in Castlebar -- because the church parish baptismal records don't start until 1838. Anthony Gibbons and Honora Costello would have been baptised in at least 1822 if not earlier.
