Mary Jordan of Derrylahan townland Turlough CP married John Jennings also of Derrylahan townland Turlough CP in 1855. At some point in time in the early 1860's, Michael Jordan gave some land to John Jennings. Since Michael was a tenant farmer, how was he able to transfer the land to John Jennings?
