Click on Mayo, then Mayo births, then register, then search for Concannon births or baptisms around 1863 with the father named Martin. I got 6 within a few years of 1863, including a Patrick born in 1863. You could pay for the entries or, by trying Balla or other parishes around it, narrow it down a bit, then either pay the site or rent the film from the LDS. Diane
