Marriages and baptisms after 1863 can be checked through the General Registry Office (www.groireland.ie). For earlier marriages and baptisms you need to rely on church records. Derryfadda townland is in Tagheen civil parish, Crossboyne and Taugheen RC parish, which is on LDS film 1279211, items 5-8 (baptisms 1825-1913, marriages 1791-1876). Bofeenaun townland is in Addergoole civil parish, Lahardane RC parish, on LDS film 1279205, items 9-11 (baptisms and marriages 1840-1880).
