My GGrandmother's Montana marriage license states she was born in County Mayo. I cannot seem to make the link back to Ireland.  I will give you an overview: GGGrandfather:  ?  Gaughan   Married:  Ellen Reilly Known c hildren all born in Ireland:  Patrick, Judith (Julia), Winifred (my GGrandmother), Sarah.  I don't know if GGGrandfather Gaughan came to America, however, the rest came approx. 1845-46.  Don't know if they came through Canada or New York.  They were in Indiana by 1850 and then made their home finally in Erin, Rice County, Minnesota.  Associated Family names:  Lavelle, Kelly, Duffy, Falls, Keegan, Moriar(i)ty and then some.
