Hello Bill Was it you who had HIGGINS in your family? If it was you I have now found out that my JAMES HIGGINS born between 1870-1880 was difinitely born in County Mayo. I have found him on the new 1911 UK Census. My James Higgins was in Prescot Lancashire in 1901. Married Mary Ellen Comer (nee Donnelly) from Waterford Ireland in 1902 and then by 1905 they were living in Toxteth Park Liverpool. He died while living at 30 Hornby Street Kirkdale Liverpool in 1938. Don't know what his proper date of birth is yet. He was 26 in 1901, 24 in January 1902, 68 when he died in May 1938 and 31 on the 1911 UK Census.
