Others can correct me, but in my experience you can't search the records yourself at the Heritage Centers. Better to search church and civil records in Dublin at the National Library, GRO, etc., and save your time in Mayo for visiting churches (which may also have records) and homesteads. (Be sure to call before visiting a church to make sure someone will be available to help.) Diane
