This would make him at nearest a nephiew of the patrick mchale, father of james.(If patrick & Family left ireland in mid-1830's one assumes he was a parent between 25 - 45 years old) There were just a few more mchale families in that area at that time so one cannot jump to conclusions, but may I ask what precise address is given on the baptismal certificate of James McHale.
