Is this the same Michael? I do not seem to be able to get to thread by clicking on link. Michael O'Malley married Mary Gaughan in the Catholic chapel at Belmullet on 14 April 1878; they are my maternal grandparents. They lived with their 7 children on Davis St., Belmullet in 1901 and some of the O'Malley family continued in the Belmullet area up through 1950. Michael's father was John O'Malley and they might have lived at Faulmore. Mary's father was Pat Gaughan. If you know anything at all about this family I would appreciate hearing from you. I am also searching O'Malleys from Co. Mayo who left from Blacksod Bay in June 1884 on the SS Prussian. Patrick Joseph O'Malley born 1842,son of Anthony & Ann (Gaughan) O'Malley, married Mary E.
