It is my goal to go back 6 generations. Her 'other' side has quite a bit of Irish. I am looking for info just on this couple. I would like to find their marriage record, which hopefully would state their parents names. In 1900 Patrick stated he immigrated in 1870)but they are in 1870 census. The settled in Chicago. His age is very inconsistent. age in 1870 census - 30,(born 1840) age on marriage cert 1879 - 35(born 1844) age in 1880 census 36 (born 1844) age in 1900 census 53(born Feb 1947) age on death on cert 1903 - 52( born 1851) Ann is only found on the 1870 census and her age is listed as 22.(b abt 1848) By 1880 Patrick is married to someone else.
