catholicirelandd.net shows two churches in Kilcolman parish now--St. Colman's in Claremorris and Our Lady's in Barnacarroll. You might be able to Google them or ask the Archdiocese of Tuam about their ages. It could well be that both were built after 1840, but the baptism records go back to 1835 and the marriages to 1805 (LDS film 1279207, items 15-20). Diane
