    3. HUGHES is a subsidiary line for me. I have a John HUGHES born in 1820s in Ireland who married Jane Donnelly in Illinois in 1848. Jane and John HUGHES first child was named James HUGHES born in 1855 in Illinois. Jane Donnelly was first married to Patrick McElroy in the 1830s and their first child was born in Providence, R.I. Patrick McElroy died in the late 1830s in Illinois. In an obituary, it states that Jane was from County Tyrone. Do you have any information on the McElroys or Donnellys? Many thanks. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, February 12, 2005 8:51 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [LONGFORD] James Hughes of Killoe Phyllis and Rachel, If you find anything on a James HUGHES please let me know.
