Hi can you help in locating m Grandfather his name was John Greer born I think in 1877 in longford and left for America he married a girl named Annie Igoe. Annie was from Clonebroney St. Mary's Parish but I am having a hard time locating My grandfathers birth thank you. If not can you lead me to a place James Greer
James, the following details were recorded during my Irish Research, in and around Longford Town, and were copied down due to my having noted every form of spelling which could relate to my Mahadys, and included the Mallady name in this instance, plus any Caherly names which I found during this time, due to my own Gt.Grandmother being Ann Caherly. My own Mahadys were from Clonbroney and I found all of their Marriage and Birth details at the Ballinalee RC Church which is located abt2 miles from both Clonbroney and Killoe. Should you happen to find some form of connection, please let me know as I update my Records when such takes place.
