I will be on a tour and can only take a precious few hours to go off on my own to do this. 3. Hi Donna: Re your visit to Ireland & Longford Co. I do envy you !! My suggestion is to go to Birmingham Library, Worcestershire. I cannot give any details re exact location but a few yr's ago a fellow researcher visited there & obtained some fantastic info for me re my very early GILBERT people w/ref to St-Edburgha's, Yardley, Worcestershire. Most of these ancestors show as having been from Granard; Yardley et al area's. Hope this helps. I'm sure someone w/more knowledge may be able to help you. Good luck & best wishes re your trip. 2. There was one listing of a McCabe in Aghnagarron in the 1901 census, her name was Margaret, so you might be lucky and find a few still around that area.?? So, I think the information and advise you've received is good.?? Go to the local Parish and check things out. Have a great trip. Susan Mulledy -----Original Message----- From: Donna K.
