    3. I don't know for certain who you are ordering have ordered 3 or 4 certs from the GRO and I had no problems with the credit card. It is about the only way to save on charges for foreign currency. I wish they would all take them online but they don't. I also did a couple using one of the Heritage Centers in Ireland. I sent my card info in 2 or 3 emails. I have used my card with a County in England too. All went well there too. http://www.groireland.ie/ I will say that the GRO is slow but they will search a couple of years either way if you request a search. They eventually come through. They can look across county lines. Ask for a photocopy NOT a certified copy. It is cheaper.
