Good evening I am new to family history in Ireland and hav'nt done any research for at least 6 years now and have got out of the swing of things so please bear with me. I have just discovered which birth certificate belongs to my Great Granny and I'm very excited about it! I have been trying to find a map of where she lived but I'm now wondering if there is such a place and maybe its the name of a house. It's CARTRONBORE , Longford, Granard Has anyone any information on this place please?
