Hi June, I can't actually help you with "Cartronbore," although Pete Schermerhorn, at least sometimes a subscriber to this list, is your best bet. He seems to be able to find any location, however obscure. However, there are two townlands somewhat to the east of Drumlish called Cartron Upper and Cartron Lower, so these may have some connection with the place you are looking for.
