Hi Charlie, Only leaseholders with tithable land--i.e., under cultivation--would appear in the Tithe Applotments, so that would not include priests, except under rather unusual circumstances. Also, O'Reily (or O'Reilly) is such a common name in that area that there must have been numerous persons named John O'Reily living in Northwest Longford in the 1830s.
