I have a mystery regarding my ggrandfather, Michael Denniston of Lisnanagh near Edgeworthstown, born abt 1839, married to Mary Burke. Marriage recorded in the parish records of St. Mary's Edgeworthstown 1873 First son, Michael, baptism recorded in the parish records of St. Mary's Ennybegs 1874 Rest of the children baptisms recorded in the records of St. Mary's Edgeworthstown David Leahy told me that Lisnanagh townland was transferred from Killoe Parish to Edgeworthstown around 1860 and that might explain the difference. Any thoughts?
