Hi Longford list... I have been lurking in hopes of getting an Idea of how Genealogy in Ireland works... I am looking for the surnames.... BOOKER, SYMMS,DERMODY in Longford.. and your Granard records have the Booker and Dermody name in them... Exactly what is a Parish ? Affiliated with what church??? When in Longford a couple of years back the library let me take some copies of the register pages for the Devlin's (my ancestors), however the particular page I have, Marriages their are 7 Dermody's. I have not got a scanner, but if you give me your fax no I'll fax them over when I get to the office in the morning. No fax? let me know and I will type them out and email them.
