I am researching the Moughty Family that originated in the Ballymahon area of Longford (and Moyvore, Westmeath, just over the border). Early baptisms were found in Newtoncashel and Shrule. Part of the family went to Argentina in the late 1800's. Additional names identified through marriage include: Glennon, Duggan, Flynn, Maloney, Feeney, McCormack, Halion and Ledwith). I also have an immigration record that showed that Patrick Moughty came to a cousin, Thomas Gorman at 365 West 52nd Street, New York in 1907. Regards... Donna
