I've spent 2 nights reading thru this file. Thank you for being there. My George McCord left Ireland in 1847. He had been born in 1827 at Longford. He was naturalized in Pennsylvania, USA in 1871. I will be looking for more info on my McCord's in Longford in the future. When in Longford in 1986 I did find out there was still a McCord living in the area. I spent a short time in the Library and talked to people there. Just getting myself established on your list. Would like to hear from other McCord searchers.
