I am tracing the Moughty family. In 1907, Patrick Moughty, son of Bernard and Mary Lynn Moughty arrived in NYC. According to the Manifest he was going to a cousin, Thomas Gorman at 365 West 52nd Street, New York. I have not found any Gorman ancestors, and wonder if this is the same Thomas Gorman. Patrick Moughty was from Moyvore in Westmeath, on the border of Longford, not far from Ballymahon. The names around his were from Longford, as well including Symth, Moran and Mullen. Regards...
