Hi David Leahy's book "County Longford, Survivors of the Great Famine" lists all the heads of families living in county Longford in 1854 at the time of Griffith's Valuation. There are no McLaughlin's spelled that exact way, but there is half a page of McLoughlin's and variants of that spelling. Also one & half pages of Kenny's. Please let me know if Kenny in the townland of Drumderg ring any bells.
