Hello all: I am searching for information on my 6th g-grandfather Arthur WALLACE. He was born about 1721. Family search so far indicates Longford as his birthplace/residence, however the town/area? Sampford has arisen. Is Sampford near Longford or in Co. Longford? Arthur WALLACE was married to Nancy Peggy JOHNSON b. abt. 1730 also from Longford. In addition to my 5th g-grandfather Robert, Arthur and Nancy also had James, William, Sarah and Bell(e). To my knowledge they did not come to America. Would there by chance be any information on those who remained in Ireland or any present day descendents of the family listed above? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. William Wallace III
