Friends, We just returned yesterday noon from our trip to Longford County, Ireland. What a delightful place! Thanks so much to all who advised us of places to stay and see. After seeing how intimidating driving on left side of road could be, we opted for bus, train and sometimes taxi. We head quartered at the "Longford Arms Hotel" 4 days and took day trips out from there. Will be reporting more on the trip after we catch our breath but advise all who can arrange a trip to Ireland to do so. The people were soooo friendly and helpful. We will surely go back again. Maybe next time Glenn can find a leprechaun!! They told him that he had not had enough "Guinness" :-) Said it required about 15 pints, then you might see anything you wanted to. Will be posting photos, in next 2 weeks, of places visited on "Claffey Home Page" at URL http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~camounts/indexc.html More later. Carol Mounts
