The CMC record project (http://www.cmcrp.net )is a collection of databases of births,marriages,death,cemetery,and property records for Ireland. Currently, they cover the counties of Cork, Limerick, Mayo, Tipperary and Waterford. Additionally, we have a GenConnect Ireland surname query board. Last month it became a sponsored project of the Ireland GenWeb. While just beginning, it hopes to eventually provide some substantial web resources to the Ireland genealogy community on line. This month, through the efforts of Janet Crawford, we are beginning to bring records from Griffith's Index to the Tipperary section. Also, a small partial listing of the index for County Wexford is in the "Other Counties" section. We would welcome you visit, add your ancestors name to our surname query board; or even better, if you have records from these counties to share, to add them to the database. On line screen entry forms are present for each county in the database as well as listing for counties not represented yet under "Other Counties" selection from the main page. Tom Webmaster
