    3. I think I'm right that Queenstown (named after Queen Victoria's visit) was renamed Cobh when the Republic was declared. Cobh is Cork Harbour, an important port. Regards Chris - looking for Heslans from Longford

    3. I suppose you are referring to the surname Heslin. I was at ancestry.com and searched the name Heslan today.
