    3. Pat; I  am looking for a Edward Cronin and Mary Flanagan and family who had a daughter Bridget Cronin who emigrated to Canada and married John Shutler in 1853 in Ontario. Bridget was born in Limerick 1 Feb 1825 and died 1910 in Michigan, USA. Edward Cronin and Mary Flanagan Cronin had Michael b. 1838 , Ellen b. 1841  and John b. 1823/24 before Bridget and Francis afterward. John was born 1818, I don't have the rest of the dates. Several of these are buried in Fife Lake MI at Saint Aloysius Catholic Church Cemetery  403 Merritt Street Fife Lake Grand Traverse County Michigan USA Postal Code: 49633. This is the information I have from the Canadian Census: !Brother of Bridget. Line 46. John a farmer, born in Ireland. Roman Catholic. age 38 on next birthday. Able to read and write English. This according to 1861 census. Grey County agricultural census for 1861, 5th ward, township of Bentinck. Ontario, Canada. Line 47. Mrs. Cronnan, farmer, born in France, Roman Catholic, age @next birthday,40 able to read and write English. Line 48. Francis (last two characters hard to read in script, could be "es"?) son, born in Canada West, age at next birthday, 9. Line 49. Michael, son, born Canada West, age at next birthday, 7. (I don't know if the yellow is a mistake, but as far as I know, the Cronin's were born in Limerick not France.)
