This new charge thing with the archives is totally for the birds. I guess I'll just never know where my Hogan people came from and with the charges just to even look at the index, which tells you nothing, whose to know if you even have the right people? They are not helpful and all they want is your dollar (in my case anyway). Sorry, but the archives are not user friendly. Carole in Georgia, USA
