Cris, very few towns have a Family History Center. Most of us have to travel a distance to use one. If you go to this web page http://www.familysearch.org/ there is a place part way down on the left where there is a white box: "Find a Family History Center Near Your Home." If you put your town in there, you might be able to find which one is closest to you. The FHC I use attracts people from quite a distance.
