O'GRADY -- A cable dispatch from Dublin, dated March 22, says: "The O'Grady, of Kilballyowen, County Limerick, upon whose es- tate at Herbertstown the "plan of campaign" was first put into execution, is dead. He was born in 1844, and was head of the ancient sect of O'Grady. His full name was Thomas de Courcy (The O'Grady).
