    1. Re: [IRL-LIMERICK] O'connors
    2. Perhaps it is just me (it ususally is LOL!) but I am having a devil of a time following messages like this when the post to which the person is replying has been completely eliminated. I guess I haven't had enough java yet this morning and my brain is being slow, but WHAT place in Limerick are ya talkin' about? I posted that my O'CONNOR / CONNORS (cousins to my SHANAHANs from the City of Limerick) were known to be from the Townlands of Dromsally (aka Dromsallagh / Drumsallaght) and Cappamore....is that the PLACE to which you refer? Kathy Rhodes -------------- Original message from RTENNIHAN@aol.com: -------------- Hello. My O'connor family were from some place in Limerick. Patrick Dennis O'connor married Honora Julia Madigan around 1837 in Limerick, They arrived in Boston, Ma in the early 1850's with their children, Thomas, Timothy, Mary Ann and my great grandmother Bridget. They lived in South Boston Ma. I do have some information on the children of Thomas and Bridget. Honora's parents were John and Bridget Madigan, Bridget's Madigan's maiden name was Culhane. Best wishes. Bob
