Nancy right you are ,my last name is MURPHY!!! needless to say I wont bother. I urge everyone to email with their dissatisfaction. Looks like its " do it our way or hit the higway!" if we cant find our names, which is pretty much a given that it wont be simply 5 Euros. My guess is they know we wont find what we are looking for so then they get money out of people by using "their" researcher. Another money maker for them. If their researchers can get the information and it is indeed on their website, then we should certainly be able to. I will never ever use their service, not a pay basis.
