Hi Margaret, Thanks for finding this. I have a copy of it from the Freemans Journal. I had paid for a short subscription as I knew the day they married, so just had to find the anouncement. I also have the church recording of this from St. Mary's Cathedral. They were married in St. George's Church by license. This church was being used while I believe St. Michael's was being built. What I would like to know is what by license would have meant for February 22, 1821. Is there an actual license that I could buy.
