Put your Surname in Put 0 (zero) in Firstname Put 0 (zero) in Year NOTE: Doesn't matter what the +/- range is set to (leave it blank or select 4 years or whatever) Select the Parishes One by One from their drop down list This will return ALL the "hits" for each parish even if there are more than 10! and give you links at bottom to go to next page etc so that you don't have to "guess" for the date range to get them to all come up at one shot. Kathy Rhodes Now if someone could just figure out how to take a particular marriage for a bride and find the corresponding groom that goes with it, I'd be a happy camper! -------------- Original message from mchicoine@linkline.com: -------------- Just discovered that all the first 10 names in register will come up in the website if you search on last name, 0 (zero not o) and parish - use dates to narrow if register has a lot of your surnames - I was trying all the letters of the alphabet and accidently put in zero for o and all the names popped up regardless of first name. Maureen - chasing Sheas/Farrells in Limerick and Corbetts in Kilkenny
