Hi Chris Sorry for taking so long getting back to you. I was away from home so didn't have access to my computer. I am presently wintering in Florida so the only notes I have is what I have entered into my Family Tree program. All others notes are back in Canada. My Langan connection is Mary Langan spouse of Patrick Blaney. They apparently married in Ireland before immigrating to Canada. One of Patrick's siblings married a Mary Ann McCourt also prior to immigrating, the marriage taking place in Westmeath. I have absolutely no idea where the Blaneys or Langans were from in Ireland. Since one of the Blaney marriages took place in Westmeath, Westmeath is a possibility. I have tried to connect the other two Langans below as Ann married to Patrick Dooley was living in the same area as Patrick and Mary. They are of the same age and married about the same time. Similarly I have tried to connect with Daniel Langan and Bridget Cummins as Daniel was born in Westmeath. Unfortunately I have not been able to tie them together. I was hoping to find records, bms, where Ann or Mary appeared as a godparents or sponsor connecting the two families but to no avail.
