Hi folks, Because the above names have been mentioned of late, I thought I would post my Limerick connections. I have Patrick Murphy, born approx1814 Doon, Limerick to Thomas Murphy and Margaret Sullivan. Thomas married a widow Ellen Nichols nee Cormick/ McCormack who was born Limerick 1818 and married 3 rd March 1845,Catholic Church, county of Murroe, Limerick Ellen's parents were Michael Cormick/McCormack and Margaret Mahoney One of Patrick Murphy and Ellen Cormick's daughter's Ellen ,married John O'halloran/Hallinan/Halloran in Australia. Family history tells us that the couple knew each other in Ireland, although the Halloran's came from Tipperary.(Killan) John O'Halloran's grandmother was Alice Kearney. Regards, Anita
