    2. Marie, Newpaper was published in Dublin to be sure, but the newspaper was reporting on a meeting that occurred in the City of Limerick (at the Corn-Exchange Building on 20 Oct 1840) and also refers to an earlier meeting that took place at Trades' Hall, Arthur's-quay on 7 Oct 1840 and I would assume that most (if not all) of the members of these Guilds either lived in the city proper or close enough that they did business there every day. I will be posting the rest of the text of this article soon, (my eyes are pooped at this point though) so it must wait a bit! Does anyone know if the Corn-Exchange building in Limerick is still around? Have they made it into a theatre or something?
