Dear List: Am I correct in stating that the records I found on the IFHF for my Roman Catholic Flood family would be from the Diocese of Cashel & Emly, because they're from the Catholic parish of Pallasgreen, and they're pre-1864? Is then Tipperary Family History Research centre part of the IFHF now? I ask because the website for the Diocese of Cashel & Emly says they're the only facility approved by the Archdiocese of Cashel & Emly for research in their records. Or has the IFHF been approved and they've not updated their site? These are the records: Parish: PALLASGREEN & TEMPLEBREDON Marriage Flood Matthew 1834 Marriage Brazil Honora 1834 Parish: PALLASGREEN Baptism Flood William 1834 Baptism Flood Michael 1837 Baptism Flood Mary 1839 Baptism Flood Edmond 1841 Baptism Flood Timothy 1843 And John from Sydney found these: Matthew Flood in C.P Grean, T/L Plaukarauka Matthew Flood in C.P Tough, T/L Dromsallagh. I'm asuming the one in Plaukarauka is the correct one, and that's in the Diocese of Cashel & Emly, too. Actually, they both are because Dromsallagh is in the RC parish of Cappamore. Thanks. I'm going to try to get my 4 distant Flood-related cousins to chip in on this with me before the end of March. Jo ************** Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home.
